The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, is Patron of Carers Australia.

Carers help the individuals they support to survive and thrive, and they contribute significantly to Australia’s social and economic output. By acknowledging rights and recognising the contribution of carers, we show our care and respect for their tireless work.”
