Carers Australia and the Australian Digital Health Agency are offering support via webinars and face-to-face support sessions in 2026.
This will help carers to make sure digital health information is safe, private and secure, and control who can access it.
Participants will learn what benefits these systems have, what “better faster access” means, and how to can change user settings.
Digital health information includes:
- Pathology or diagnostic imaging results;
- Immunisations;
- Medications;
- discharge summaries; and
- electronic prescriptions.
