Carers Australia has chosen to respond to this consultation with a written submission rather than the online questionnaire, as the questionnaire does not address all of the issues we would like to raise in response to the Consultation Paper, and confines comment to questions raised where we disagree with the proposition. This questionnaire also allows little scope to raise matters which we believe need clarification and to raise additional points in relation to propositions we agree with.
