The preliminary program for the 7th International Carers Conference is now available on the conference website.
National and international keynote speakers will provide insights into intelligent, futuristic and inclusive technology, pioneering innovations, the digital health revolution, lived carer experience and leading-edge research.
A plenary panel will focus on one of Australia’s largest community engagement partnerships, and the international state of caring will be explored.
Our concurrent session program with than 100 papers (including workshops and symposia) will continue across the three-day conference. Topics aligned to the four themes - innovation, challenges, new opportunities and partnerships - are wide-ranging and include: young carers, mental health care, carer wellbeing, aged care, work and care, dementia care, research, and more. The preliminary concurrent session program is also available on the conference website.
Tickets are also selling fast for the Welcome Reception in the exhibition hall which will be the perfect environment for networking and further exploration of exhibition booths.
We are particularly pleased to have Australian stand-up comedian, actor and radio personality, Denise Scott, featured at the Gala Dinner on the Thursday night.
