Satisfaction survey on Carer Information and Support Service published
Results from a national survey of carers who used our Carer Information and Support Service (CISS) have been published in a new report.
Conducted between October 2015 and June 2016, the purpose of the survey was to measure satisfaction levels of all carers contacting the service, with 735 survey participants overall.
The positive results, indicating a high level of carer satisfaction included: 89% of those surveyed agreed that they received information and services relevant to their needs; 79% were better able to deal with issues that they sought help with after contacting us; 90% believed they received a timely response; 91% felt they were respected and their issues understood; and 84% agreed that they knew where to go for further information to help in their caring role.
